Herausforderung
The Challenge

Stylara's legal department was faced with the challenge of efficiently managing a large number of contracts with service providers and suppliers in the textile industry. The traditional way of managing these contractual relationships was often time-consuming and error-prone.

Faced with rapid changes in the market, Stylara recognised the urgent need for an innovative solution to efficiently manage legal information and ensure regulatory compliance.

Herangehensweise
Our Approach

After consulting with Talentship AI experts, Stylara decided to develop an AI-powered legal assistant to address the challenges. The approach began with comprehensive data collection to create a solid data foundation for training the AI system. Subsequently, the team employed the technique of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) to process the data and enable the AI to efficiently search, understand, and generate relevant legal information.

This innovative approach aimed to significantly increase the productivity of the legal department, improve the quality of contract management, and shorten response times to legal inquiries. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Stylara was able to optimise legal communication and ensure continuous compliance with rapidly changing regulations.

How does artificial intelligence work in contract management?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a core area of computer science. It enables computers to learn and develop solutions independently, based on analysis and learning from a wide data base. AI technologies are already present in our daily lives, for example through facial recognition, voice assistants like Siri, navigation systems, and robotic vacuum cleaners. In the field of customer service, AI is often manifested in the form of chatbots, which are deployed on websites or in messaging services and are continuously improved through machine learning. These AI chatbots can answer customer inquiries, collect customer data, search company datasets for solutions to similar problems, and learn from each interaction to continuously increase their efficiency.

Our clients achieved a payback in just three months through the use of AI in contract management.

What are the benefits of AI in contract management?

The deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) in contract management offers a number of significant advantages, including the automation of processes, an increase in efficiency, and an improvement in accuracy. AI technologies facilitate the rapid creation and analysis of contracts by learning from historical data and extracting relevant information. This results in more efficient contract drafting and risk assessment. Furthermore, AI optimises compliance monitoring by automatically detecting deviations and potential violations, thereby minimising legal risks. Furthermore, AI optimises document management by enabling structured archiving and quick access to contract documents. In summary, AI enables more precise and faster decision-making, greater transparency in contract management, and enhanced responsiveness to changing market conditions.

An AI-powered legal assistant not only enhances satisfaction among business partners but also optimises internal company efficiency. Previously time-consuming queries can now be answered in a more efficient manner by a chatbot.
